Grounding electrical system

I am currently overhauling my 1972 Albin 82MS. I'm at the wiring stage now and have a question about grounding.

I removed the broken inboard diesel and replaced it with an epropulsion outboard. I plan to glass over the old prop shaft hole. The boat will have a 12v DC system as well as a 120v AC system. I know most boats ground the electrical system to the engine normally. However I no longer have an engine or prop shaft. What options do I have for grounding the system?

Some system info:
2x renogy core 200ah lithium batteries
Renogy rego 3000w inverter charger
Renogy solar panels (200w now but will be ordering 600w)
Renogy charge controller
Blue sea systems 120 and 12v switch panels

The DC grounds, AC ground, and bonding system can all be tied together at a sing ground bus. An underwater anode can also be wired to that bus to protect any bonded underwater metals like thru-hulls, if needed.

Remember the AC neutral shall never connect to the grounding system anywhere on the boat when connected to shore power.

You have an outboard on your boat. Why would you leave the outboard down in the water when you’re in a marina plugged into the AC. It take the outboard out of the water and store it inside the boat when not propulsing the boat through the water. Less chance of stealing and it eliminates the risk of corrosion.

Okay so all systems to one negative bus and that to a grounding plate.

The shore power in my setup will be wired directly into the renogy inverter/charger. So would that be able to be grounded to the same bus mentioned above even while plugged into shore?

When not in use the outboard is either tilted out of the water or taken off the transom and stored inside. Unless I need the hydro regen function.

Yes, it should be fine to ground the inverter/charger to the same ground bus. The inverter/charger should have an internal switch to only connect neutral and ground when it's in inverting mode. The manual for the exact model should help confirm that.
