Half-Popped GFI
My wife and I had a fun time at the boat last week trying to figure out why the port side of the boat had no juice. I knew I had a problem building as I've had the microwave operate in a weird and intermittent fashion for several months now. I started tearing out all of the outlets starting aft, thinking that I had a bad connection, but everything looked fine. I finally worked my way up to the forward head and found that I had a "half-popped" ground fault interupter that had finally fully popped! All I had to do was put it in test mode and then punch it again! Dumb I know, but maybe some of you won't have to follow ALL of your wiring like I did when you have a sudden failure.
