I'm chartering a Jeaneau Sea Odyssey 50 DS for a 10 day round trip Grenada to Grenadines loop next July through Horizon Charters. Does anyone have and tips/suggestions/concerns they'd can share on the voyage or boat? Thank you!

I chartered in the Grenadines in 2007 and did a one-way Martinique to Grenada trip a few years before that. It's a great area to sail, less developed than other parts of the Caribbean (eg BVIs) and generally more open water. Do you have some specific questions?

Make sure your crew understands fresh water discipline. There are only a few places that have fresh water where a boat can fill tanks and all charge a fee. If the chart briefing does not cover the fresh water locations, ask.

It's great sitting on anchor in Tobago Cays, but the closest fresh water is Union Island.
