If Greg was the old owners support interface, I think he moved over to sales. At least that is what I was told by my dealer. They said getting stuff done with the new guy is a little more difficult.Dan Jonas (S/V Feije II)
I am very dissapointed that Greg has moved on for his customer service was simply outstanding however I guess I should be happy for Greg for I guess its a move upwards or into a field he wants to enjoy.
There are several other good guys in customer service... the issue might be trying to contact Greg directly. Sending information to the customer service email address or the general voice mail box might be more efficient, overall.
