Alden 38' Challenger yawl Rockport Harbor
We've had a wonderful few weeks of sailing in Southern New England. On the last third of the falling tide, we motored Christmas up the meandering path to this secluded anchorage today. A surprise was finding a strong wifi signal to my macbook from the hotel about 1000 yards away.

This is Challenger country. We had little more than inches under the keel is places(in fact, alot of places). After spending the last two nights in busy Nantucket Harbor, it's hard to believe we're the only boat anchored in this mile wide lake. It's as quiet as down east Maine right now.

We've spent time at Provencetown, Block Island, Cuttyhunk, Vineyard Sound, Lake Tashmoo and Nantucket and many points between. We're turning north eastward tomorrow home to Maine.
