I wanted to give credit to Yacht Service and Resources in Newport, RI. Joe and Susan were able to help me find a replacement part for a 20+ year-old winch. Lewmar USA couldn't help me, but Joe and Susan were able to persuade Lewmar in England to custom make me a replacement. When that replacement turned out to be the wrong part, they didn't give up; they were able to figure out which parts from different model winches could be used as replacments for my winch. They sold me the higher-quality part for the same price as they had originally quoted me for the base model, and got the parts to me quickly. All this effort for a customer with a small boat buying inexpensive parts (the whole bill was less than $100). I can't say enough goods things about the service. I don't really know what else they do or sell, but they are now my first call for non-Oday specific parts and advice(gotta stick with Rudy for the Oday stuff).
