Got the vibes

After replacing a broken prop strut while in the water, my H 35.5 Moon Struck developed a vibration at 2000 rpm's and higher. I reinstalled the same folding Mantec prop, and checked engine shaft aligment. The alignment is within 1/8" all the way around and the shaft looks straight and turns freely. Surly I have over looked something. Any and all sugestions wellcome.

Too Many Vibes

Two things in your post trouble me. First, the coupler alignment should be within .002" all the way around. Second, the strut installation may not be aligned properly and/or something else may have been tweaked when the strut broke.
