Looking to find a good source for used or refurbished sails, as I would like to purchase both a storm jib & an assy-spin for my 1977 Hunter 25 to complement my other sails. Any suggestions. For reference, I live in Western CT on LI Sound. Thanks in advance.

I've bought sails
sails from Bacons -- and think they under rate their sails,i.e., they are in better condition than the description applied by them. I've also used Atlantic Sail Traders and eBay. I've been satisfied will all these purchases. But if you are buying used sails, be absolutely sure of your measurements (do not rely on factory specs or sailplans -- measure your boat), confirm those measurements with the seller, and then be sure you can return the sail for any reason within a reasonable amount of time (normally 2 weeks) at your expense if you are not happy with it or it doesn't fit.
