I bought a Hunter 31 1986 in good shape for 14.5 k , do you think I got a good deal.

Of course it was a good deal. You bought it. Not a time for buyer's remorse. Enjoy her. The purchase price and whatever small variables there are between a good deal and not so good deal are tiny in the total ownership experience. So... enjoy her!
