Well, I ordered a top from them and as of now it's a week past their stated completion date and they don't return calls or emails. It's very frustrating. Order from them at your own risk. Stay tuned..

A bimini I presume?

That blows...a blown completion date is bad enough, but the lack of communication is grounds for dismissal. Did you pay them already?

My friend paid guy cash up front to fix the side of his boat that got rubbed down to the roving on a jetty after a mooring failed. The guy, who had a decent reputation, vanished taking his money with him. In a down economy it is really risky to pay up front. Sometimes it can be unavoidable. I just gave a roofer 10K the day he started the job, but he had 6k of materials in my driveway. Even though I grew to trust him a lot, we still didn't give him the other half until he was 100% done, even though he had to make a couple of trips to pick up the check. Done is done.

Yes it's a bimini. No they haven't charged me yet. I called yesterday and no answer again. They are unreachable by any means. I'm afraid to order from someone else if they might ship it a week from now?

Well it finally arrived Friday, a few weeks late and the only way we were able to get someone to answer the phone was by calling from another number.

Nice...gotta love when people use caller ID to avoid phone calls. You should post an opinion of their service to "Ask All Sailors" to warn others about their poor customer service, on the other hand if quality is good a few weeks late on delivery during their busy season could have been worse!
