Glow Plug Problem Part 2

Thanks for the help so far. But there's more to the story. I'm trouble shooting a non-fuctioning glow plug problem on my 94 C-36 but I also have another small problem and the 2 may be related. The incicator light directly beneath the battery switch on the electric panel no longer lights when the battery switch is turned on. It hasn't since the beginning of the season and I distinctly remember it lighting whenever the switch was on. Can anyone confirm this? Also, does light ever need to be replaced? It does not appear to have a replacable bulb. I do have 12v power and ground going to it. Actually, there are 3 wires connecting to it. Thanks, Walt

Panel light

They do burn out. I replaced mine with a 12v led from radio shack and it has lasted several years.
