Hi group, I had a great week or so getting some fresh paint on the decks and cabin top, and removing the wheel so as to go back to tiller steering. I have removed the whole unit, and have it on CL for $350 - seems like a fair price for the whole thing (wheel, pedestal, quadrant, pulleys, cable, and shift and throttle cables too. Also, the sails are at the loft for some restitching and repair work. I can't wait to get her back in the water! I posted an album, if anyone's interested in following along.

Traded the wheel and all related fittings for a brand new Origo 3000 stove. Installed it today - sans gimbals - that will be for when there are more discretionary dollars. at least I have a stove now, bolted down securely. I also removed a 11.5 gallon gas tank that was mounted on a shelf in the starboard side cockpit locker. I wanted to take a look in it, thinking that I might want to use it for my outboard. I'm thinking now that I might stick with the regular outboard motor tanks and use that space for my batteries and tool box.
Also, I took out all the insulation in the cabin that was falling off anyways. I scraped all adhesive off - as much as I could get anyways - I'll probably try washing it with solvent to get the last remnantsbefore I put some paint on it.
