Genoa winch recommendations

I plan to switch out my Lewmar 16 two-speed standard winches for self-
tailers. Any recommendations on brand and size? I've considered the
Andersen 12, but don't know if these are big enough. I'm always
shorthanded and tailing is the biggest problem from the helm. Thanks.
