Genoa Track Screws?
The track arrangement you mention is something I'm not familiar with, in particular, the aircraft fitting. Standardly, genoa tracks are held down with flat-head machine screws which are through bolted with nuts and washers on the underside of the deck. If a leak is going to occur it will most likely be through the screw holes. When my genoa track leaked I took all the machine screws out, "cleaned" out the holes with an electric drill and twist drill which was slightly larger than the hole, sealed the holes with epoxy, then reinstalled everything. The epoxy will help prevent water from getting into the deck and rotting any wood there. When replacing the screws apply sealant to the latter part of the screw nearest the head and insert, attach nut and tighten. It takes two people, one to hold the phillips topside and the other to tighten with a ratchet wrench down below. If this doesn't sound like a fix for your situation please write back with a few more details for those unfamiliar with this specific model.Hope the above helps or provides some ideas.
