I'm interested in buying a new Genny for my Std Rig Catalina 25. this has to be an all purpose sail for me, as I rarely will make sail changes. I have a flexible Furler. Should I get a 135 or a 150? I will be replacing an old 115. I'm concerned that I'll be annoyed much of the time sailing reefed, with a huge roll of sail at the forestay. Am I correct?

It depends on where you sail. What are the average winds? If you can depend on 10-15 mph winds I would go with another 115. If the winds are less then 10 mph I would go with the 135, Its a good compromise. If you have to roll it in there shouldn't be enough sail wrapped around the fore stay to prevent fair performance, and if the wind is light it will still move you along. If you are buying a new sail ask your sailmaker what he recomends for your area.
