I was hoisting the genoa on our hood furling system yesterday and noticed that the top swivel attachement to the halyard was rotating out as the sail was going up. It started at about 10' up the sail and got worse the higher the sail was raised. By the time it got to the top it had rotated about 30 degrees. I have not previously noticed this when I raised the sail. I am concerned that this will put added stress on the forestay. Has anyone experienced this and is there reason to be concerned. The furling works fine but the halyard is pulled slightly off centre of the forestay.
