Generator for C320

I have seen some discussion about placing a generator in the Catalina 309, behind the aft bulkhead. I am interested in doing this on my Catalina 320. Has anyone successfully installed a NextGen 3.5kw genset , or similar size unit in their sailboat.

Still searching for information on installing genset in a Catalina 320. Found some specs on Next Generation 3.5kw and Cummins Onan Quiet Diesel 3.2kw. But it would be nice to know if any members have upgraded their boat successfully.

If you have a 12v refrig, A/C and heat, seems to me the only place big enough for a genset is in the aft port storage compartment, forward of the propane tank and aft of the charger.
