Rudy at D&R Marine sells gelcoat for touch-up. But, it may not exactly match due to fading of your boat's gelcoat over the years. I'd suggest getting one of the gelcoat repair kits that contains a set of different coloring agents, experiment with the included colors (without adding catalyst) until you get a close match, then add the catalyst and aply to the scratches.
Or you could mix white gelcoat and tan/brown coloring agents until you get close. I have seen "off-white" gelcoat patch which may or may not match.... it was a one-part gel. The brand that I used (for a white gelcoat on our old CAL 21) was "Evercoat" Gel Coat Scratch Patch, they do (did?) have "Buff" which should be a near match, perhaps with a little white mixed in? (downside is these little tubes were $12 each).
Here is the entry from the 2007 West Marine catalog, not sure if they (or anyone else?) still stocks this, but it is pretty easy to use.
