Gel cote issues on Hunter 380 arch

I have a 1999 Hunter 380 that has gelcote issues on 4 places on the cockpit arch....2 above and 2 below....... that supports the mainsheet travelor. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening and how easy would it be to fix?

Could you be more specific about the issues? Pictures are probably necessary to get much help.
