Garmin 192cC Chart Plotte

My 192 C (external antenna) worked great last fall. Stored it in my home for the winter.

Yesterday I powered it up and it could not acquire any satelites. Let it run for 15-20 minutes multiple times. I contacted Garmin today but wanted to see if anyone here had any experience/recommendations.
