Garmin 192 C installation

I have just bought a chartplotter. What is the best way to mount this
device? I have thought of mounting it on a swing that could be viewed
in the cockpit as well as in the cabin. I also thought of flush
mounting it on the cabin bulkhead. This bothers me as it puts another
hole in the boat. We are leaning towards the bulkhead mount.

Hi again Alan, Judy and I bought a swing out arm and mounted it inside the
port side cabin bulkhead. We extendes the base with a piece of aluminum
plate and mounted our fish finder and radar on it. It was nice to be able to
view it from the cockpit and while inside. Walt.
