I am please to report that Garhauer stands behind their product. Approximately 4 yrs ago I bought their traveler and 8 additional midsized blocks. Not long ago I saw that two of the blocks had lost the small plastic waffer that forms a bushing between the block and shackle attachment stem. They were still very functional but the head of the shackle stem and the block casing made metal to metal contact. I contacted Garhauer in an effort to obtain replacement bushings. Without hesitation the young lady I was speaking with asked that I return all 8 blocks at my convienence in order that they inspect each and repair as needed at no cost to me. I did just that. In return a week later I was holding 8 brand new blocks at NO CHARGE. I do alot of business with alot of companies and I have never had such a fine experiance.

Thank you all at Garhauer!!!

I agree...Garhauer is fantastic. I have purchased a items over the past 4 years (adjustable genoa cars, blocks, traveller bearings) and they have always been responsive and helpful. They know Catalina's.

I have also had a couple issues with parts original to my 1992 C-30 that Garhauer replaced at no charge...can you believe that?
