Last season a guest opened a drawer in the galley too far and all the silverware and contents fell everywhere. Are there stops to prevent this? I tried Home Depot, but no luck. It's on a Cat 30 and the drawer is very shallow.

Simple Solution
Fasten a block of wood to the side. If space is realy tight epoxy a nut in to the side. A t-nut would work well also. Another way to go would be to put a bolt all the way through the side and the block of wood with a wing nut to fasten it.

Drawer
Screw (with one screw, in the bottom 1/3 of the piece of wood) a small thin piece of wood (1" x 2") in the inside back board of the drawer. Be sure when the long axis is horizontal that the side laying flat is flush with the back side of the drawer...this way you can slide the drawer out to totally remove it. When you rotate the piece of wood 90*, the long axis will be up, and prevent the drawer from coming out.
