SAN DIEGO – Lifeguards were kept busy overnight and into Monday morning as strong winds took a toll on boats in Coronado and Mission Bay.

I tried to look up the "Zuniga Jetty free anchorage" per a quote in the article, but couldn't locate it on NOAA 18773 nor 18772.

Is it near the "submerged jetty" as depicted running south from Zuniga Point on 18773? Just curious where this "free anchorage" is.

Also ... is it a typo or a huge coincidence that the jetty and the person quoted in the article share the same name?

“All sailboats appear to have washed ashore during the night from the Zuniga Jetty free anchorage,” said Janine Zuniga of City of Coronado.
