Fuses M25-xp

Hi,
I've been following how to upgrade wiring for a M25 XP. I'm done with most of the work except the fusing. 2 questions are still unanswered.

I'm installing a selenoid for the glow plugs. What size fuse should I use
for the starter plug to selenoid wire? 30 amp?
I also saw that it was recommended to put a midi fuse on the panel feed red wire (starter lug to panel). Again, no idea of fuse size here.

Welcome to SBO. I see you have a Catalina 30. The boat manual has a wiring diagram, if you are following that in your rebuild. If putting in additional upgrades, the best practice is to select a fuse based on the wire size you are using.

30 Amp is correct for the glow plugs. You can put a fuse on the panel feed as well, mine is 30 amps but my needs are small. Make sure you have a fuse on the batteries, these are good:
