furlex 100s ?

Hi all,
Does any of you have the furlex 100s system with 5mm forestay in it? What are your experiences with it? Is the 5mm thick enough?

Or is the profurl system better for the Vega?

Hi Bart

If I had the money tehn I would buy a Furlex Furling system. I like the
100s and everytime I go to an IFR I see many Vegas with this system.
Good piece of gear. Buy me one as well!!

How is Capella, I remember when Fred owned her.

I installed the Furlex 100S two years ago and have had zero problems and it works great.

Hi Steve,
Capella, she's fine, stil after 2 or 3 years of improving a
never-seems-to-end todo list.. Someone told me: you better make one list
only, a stop-doing-list!
Anyway after sailing her to German northern islands, next year we will sail
her to the UK and back. And since my sailing experience is quite limited up
until now, I find that quite exciting!
