Furler problem 91 First 310

The upper drum on my factory installed furler is seizing. Does anyone know how to fix it? Is there a replacement from Beneteau?Thanks,Chuck

Are you talking about a headsail furler or in mast main furler.Ask Beneteauusa.com who made your furler.On my 1996 281, the furlers were made by z-spars (now US spars) If it is a z-spar/us spar, Try: julian@usspars.comThey have replacement parts and can rebuild drums.Bill

We started having problems with our drum about two years ago and we were sent a replacement drum from facnor. complete upper and lower units. i am not sure if they are still under warrant....
