Fule Lines

I have 2 similar fuel lines on the tank on my Beneteau 36cc.

The lower one on the attached photo is the supply line.

Any hints on what the line above the supply line does ?

Should be a return line, I think.

I'm guessing its your fuel return line. Excess fuel from the injectors.
