Has anyone had leakage problems with a 9 year old aluminum fuel tank? Not sure if it is caused by corrosion inside or something else. Would you recommend a new tank or a repair? Is there a good, safe alternative to aluminum tanks?
D; I'd like some more info on your tank situation; make and model of boat, year built, where built, US or France, etc. No problems in my '94 Bene yet, but my dock neighbor had pinhole leaks in a tank he had built. Turns out the wrong alloy was used.
