fuel tank vent on o'day 27?

Hi - anyone know if there is a fuel tank vent on a 1975 O'day 27? Is there an open/shut valve for it?? thankssteve

My Oday 75 had a new tank put in by the previous owner in 99. I don't know how the original configuration was but my tank has a direct vent line with no valve to a vent located at the aft end of the port cockpit coaming.
