fuel tank repair

I have previously read a post concerning using a west system product to repair a hole in a plastic fuel tank. That post listed the product used in his repair. I now need the information but can't find the post. Please don't ask why but it has something to do with an electric power saw. Does anyone know which epoxy material is good to repair a hole in a plastic fuel tank?

I don't know about an epoxy patch, but another, and probably better way is to make a patch larger than the hole, of either polyethylene or several other similar plastics or even aluminum, and bond it onto the tank over the hole. 3M has a product that works on polyethylene plastic tanks. Pricey but good. Link below--all one address.
