Fuel Tank Inspection Port

Previous owner of my 1991 Hunter 30 put a plastic pie plate eck inspection port in the top of the white plastic fuel tank. Not necessarily a bad idea as it allows good/fast working access to the inside of the tank. The problem is, over the years, the tank warped and broke the plastic inspection port retaining ring... yup, the seal was compromise and when the tank is full and the boat heels over, fuel runs out of the cracks in the ring... nothing like the smell of fresh diesel in the aft bunk cushions... anyway, I'm looking for a reasonably priced stainless steel inspection port door/hatch/plate, whatever that will replace the 7" broken installation and will hold a seal, be stronger than the plastic tank etc... someone else has to have done this without paying a machine shop to fab something... Help!??!!!
