I have a 320 with a fuel guage that sticks on full. It goes to empty when the power is off so I suspect the sender rather than the guage. It occasionally unsticks itself and works properly. Anyone have this problem and know the fix? Bill

Sounds like
a loose connection to me. Check the ground and any fuses and fuse holders in the circuit. This appears as if it is not a boat specific question. OTOH, it could be a faulty or "getting older" sensor. Try a forum archive search on "fuel gauges" or gages, and you'll get an earful. Lots of good info already here. Stu
