When we went to pick up our boat from storage (which we left with a full tank of fuel), we noticed that not only was all the fuel gone, but now the gauge doesn't work. (H320 2001) Keep it stored at our purchase location. Is there an easy fix for this or do I need "ye old" service technician?

Mine too

In between my survey and delivery on my H376 my fuel gauge also quit working. I assumed it was a sticky float, but after being out a few times in some bumpy water its still not working. Perhaps a small fuse or electrical fix? I also noticed the back lite on the tach doesnt work. Maybe these are related?

My fuel gauge ...

..stoped working on my '96 h376 as well. Problem was, when I put my voltmeter on it everything worked. Put it back together and it didn't work (3 times). Evidently, there is a mimi reastat (sp ?) at the hinge where the float floats up and down. It will conduct a signal, but will not do it's reastat thing and operate the gauge. it drove me crazy. Cannot imagine where your full tank of fuel went, but would like to know if you find out Jeff

What did you do to get it working again? I think the fuel fairy came over the winter. The owner of the marina was less than accomodating about it.

Hi Bob: It did not look like a repairable part, rather an integral part of the float arm, $25 later it was fixed..... with a new float assembly. Replacement was easy. Just a few screws and 2 wires. Even the gasket was in good enough shape to reuse. On the other topic, someone HAD to siphon out your fuel. I can envision no other way, assuming no traces of fuel in your bilge. I don't think it was a fuel fairy... it was a fuel as**ole............. Jeff
