Fuel Gage
Check the fuel gage and see if it is a Teleflex. This is the one I have on my Hunter 310. If it is it needs a sender that uses 240-33 ohns. Both Boat U.S and West Marine have these units. Before you replace the sender check it with an ohm meter. It should give a reading in the 240-33 ohm range. If it does then it may not be the sender. I have a problem with my fuel gage at this time. I purchased a new gage from West Marine and it still did not work. I then checked the sender and it seems to be working. I also checked the wiring and it seems to be OK. This seems to indicate that the gage I got from West was bad. I am now waiting for a new one. Hope this helps. Ray
