Frozen Galley seacock

Last several months left seacock under galley sink open. Week ago tried to close with no
luck. Close seacocks when leave boat but
since this one hard to reach .........................got what was coming to me. Any one else had this
problem? Plan haul out in month or so but this one hard to replace. Can remove galley counter? Would
appreciate suggestions from anyone with same problem.

On my boat, hull 260, the valve is below a plywood floor with a cut out to fit a garbage can. If you have that same configuration, you could enlarge the plywood cut out to get to the valve without having to remove the countertop.
