Beneteau will have it, check the on-line parts system. Expect it to be expensive.

If you can find out what particular make & model it is, from the Beneteau site, perhaps you can source it elsewhere for less $$. Good luck.

It looks like the part is around $168 from Beneteau, if its the heavy duty freezer sort of latch I saw on their site. (Picture attached)
