Fresh Water Tank

Can someone tell me where is the deck-fill for fresh water tank in a 1984 hunter 31? I believe my tank is blow the stern berth.Thank you.

Under the teak tread behind the helm seat.

The tank fill is located under the teak tread just behind the helmsman seat. There is also the fitting for the emergency tiller there too.

I found mine

I found my deck water filler in the aft storage compartment, under the steering seats, starboard side. The water tank is indeed under the aft bunk, and has a removable cap, which is where I fill my tank. Does anyone know if there is a filter between the tank and the pressure pump?

strainer not a filter.

There is a strainer between the tank and the pump. It is not a filter!Take a look at the discharge point of the tank (forward toward center line of the boat). You will see the hose & stainer that leads to the pump.
