The fresh water tank on my '88 wing keel C-22 has a plastic funnel insterted into the tank into which the water line is inserted. This funnel goes about 2/3s into the tank and prevents the water from being pumped out when the level drops. It seems this funnel prevents water from splashing out of the tank but makes the system dysfunctional. Am I missing something like a narrow piece on the end of the water line that would go through the narrow end of the funnel? Seems there must be a simple answer but can't find help from Catalina Direct or the owner's manual. Bob H. Scituate, MA
