I have difficulty filling fresh water holding tank.I suspect that a breather vent is blocked-is that possible?

Blocked or Not...

Can you describe your problem in a bit more detail? On my C30 I found that it took forever to fill the tanks -- then I went below and heard the automatic bilge pump running; turned out the vent tube went down into the bilge, below the level of the tank, and was siphoning the tank dry even as I continued to fill it! (no vented loop in the run from tank to bilge). Could you be having a similar problem with the apparent result that the tank appears never to fill?Mike TurnerS/V Amity

Yep, it's possible

Dirt daubers and who knows what can block any vent, usually at the thru-hull. That's why it's a good idea to check all vents regularly.
