Impellar has separated from the bronze hub, 2 times, can't see any problem with the pump housing or shaft. Obviously, there is a problem, any prior expeience with this situation? TIA, Ken
.... And I was surprised ... that was where it failed. it was the salt water impeller for the 2GM ... i expected to see a bunch of shredded rubber. but just a couple of weeks before it went i had run undersail and the intake for the engine was out of the water long enough to run dry and trigger the overheat alarm.
