This is a problem with a lot of Beneteaus (and I am sure other brands too) of certain vintages where they place plumbing and electrical/electronic wires between the hull and the floor pan with no access to deal with your sort of problem. Boats that have floor boards that can be lifted to gain access to such things are well worth it, but many buyers do not think of such things. OK, off my soap box. All you can hope do do is perhaps pull the hose back where you can access it and then fix the problem and feed it back. Tying a messenger line to it before you pull it out might help you feed it back when you are done. I would hope, however, that no connections would be used in the areas that you cannot access. That would be crazy on the part of the manufacturer. But, then they don't have to deal with fixing it years down the line. They are interested in selling the boat and getting their money. The owner can deal with the manufacturer created night mares (and believe me, there are plenty of them out there).
