Finally got my 2004 Hunter 44DS in the water and started commissioning only to find a rather impressive leak coming from the fresh water manifold under the galley sink. I pulled the manifold and it looks like there’s a crack in the top plastic plate and some of the o rings appear deformed. Anyone have any experience with these manifolds? Am I wasting my time trying to repair it, or should I be trying to find something to replace it?

I had a similar problem with the fresh water manifold on our 40.5, I can't recall the name of the product and can't get to the boat to look at it since it's stored in Maine and I'm in Canada, however are all the parts a dark grey color and the handle a lighter grey. If so you may want to try getting the parts for a complete rebuild at the local Recreational Vehicle outlet. The use all the same components in both trailers and motorhomes.

The fittings I was referring to in my above message are made by ZURN Pex plumbing fittings.

Thanks for the replies, I was able to source some Sea Tech T fittings and get the water pipes connected. It’s not quite as clean looking as the manifold, but it’s not leaking and everything work.
