There are too many options to guess at. If you provide a photo of your current water lines we might make a guess. If you are building with PEX, the Shark bite fittings are handy.

Agree with Don.....I replaced my 340's original with 15 mm Whale fittings and 15mm Pex Tubing. Works great and easy to connect.

ALL of my fresh water lines have been replaced as of last season. I went with reinforced clear plastic tubing from the ACE hardware store I frequent. Also acquired were a handful of brass male/female garden hose couplers with barbed ends. In the fall, all couplings are opened and the water drains into the bilge. Made up a short piece of tubing with a fitting on one end to attach to the pressure water intake. The other end goes into a gallon jug of RV antifreeze that draw up pumped to the hoses that were in areas that couldn't be accessed for a break apart fitting..

Not recommended if this is for potable water.
2 and a half gallon Poland Spring water jugs... stow very nicely and the spigot makes using easy. I wouldn't drink water out of a brand new boat's tanks.. Reverse osmosis tethered to a totally removable tank might work for me, otherwise it's bottled..

COVID-19 and isolation are taking a toll here.

We were talking about a potable water system and the inadvisability of using brass fittings due to metallic taste and this has somehow morphed into Poland Spring water jugs .
