There are 2 screws you need to remove from the tall cabinet just forward of the unit then you first have to remove the frig/freezer so you can get acess to the compressor mounted under the unit. The frig.freezer is just wedged in place, best to remove all contents first open doors and rock back and forth. Remove the 4 screws holding the compressor on the waeco unit and carefully lower it. You then need a second person to lift box out while you carefully push box until the lip is out and lift compressor so as not to kink the lines. You can not remove the unit as one as it interferes with the microwave above by a few inches.. When I put the new one in I did not reattach the compressor to the box but mounted on base below the box. Seem to cool better not having the compressor mounted directly to box. Plenty of frig lines to do so just do not kink. Before installing new one you might want to install a test fitting on low pressure side for service in future
Got my freezer fixed by professional: The freezer does not come out, can only be lifted up. Electric panel was exchanged - works now! If anybody wants to remove freezer, you have to take out the top cabinet which contains the microwave - difficult task!
