Nice one! I found this just down the coast in Diego. I think its the Black Pearl.

That looks like a downeast 38, very solid hull. Probably actually worth restoring.

I think it's a Formosa 41 or therabouts, it's a center cockpit ketch, or maybe schooner. But I agree, of the two boats, this one might actually be worth restoring for the right price (free or close to it). Hardware on those 70's-80's Taiwan made boats is always suspect. Fortunately, this guy seems to have removed most of his, so less work in removal. It's got that going for it anyway.

On closer inspection, I concede it probably isn't a downeast 38, but not that it's a Formosa 41... at least not like any 41 I can find a picture of online.
