IN 1995 MY FOSS FOAM RUDDER FAILED AT THE WELD MID RUDDER. HAVING HERE OF ANOTHER H-31 RUDDER FAILING AND THE NEW INPROVED RUDDER THEN FAILING. I REPLACED THE RUDDER WITH ELLITPICAL . NO MORE ROUND UPS DRIVES LIKE ON RAILS. IF YOU RUDDER FAILS IT IS WORTH THE EXTRA COST TO HAVE CUSTOM RUDDER INSTALLED.

MARK: WHO DID THIS FOR YOU? HOW MUCH DID IT COST? Is this too loud for you? It's too loud for me. Caps are akin to YELLING. You should try lower case letters on this web site. Only use caps on CWBB or such <haha>.

mine is cracked also

just bought my 84 h31. when i pulled it i saw it had small crack and was leaking water. did you try repairing the Foss rudder. i repaired the rudder on my 81 h27 and never had another problem.
