Forward hatch replacement

The forward hatch on our 1979 H 27 needs refurbishing ( it leaks, one arm needs replacement,its scratched, etc) . I could reseat it and replace the gaskets and arm or...I could replace it. Does anyone know of a direct replacement for the Gray trapazoidal hatch? (I have seen the series of photos someone posted and I am not interested in chopping and trimming as they needed to do).

from Pompanette is a slightly larger trapezoidal hatch. My fitter tells me that the best wayto get a good fit is to go slightly larger, and I have one on order.Check the archives for good ideas andacouple of alternatives. Most ingenious is to buy a square hatch without a flange, and just mount it over the trapeziodal hole.DavidLAdy Lillie
