Forward Hatch Interium Fix

Does anyone have any suggestions for an interium fix for the forward hatch on an H-27. Basically, the dogs that secure it are broken off and I cannot secure it. Replacing the hatch at this time is not in the cards due to $$$$. I plan on doing it right in the future with the Bomar hatch referenced in the photo forum.Many thanks in advance.ChuckS/V Following Sea

Epoxy putty

I have made replacement parts for a hatch using th eepoxy putty that comes in sticks. Maske sure you rough up the hatch pretty well so it has something to grip. You can file it into shap and sand it. It ain't pretty but will work for awhile.
