They are beer can dryers.
They are a handy way of getting all the fluid out of the inside of your beer cans. Very easy.

Oh sure, they look like simple cup holders, but the clothesline clips at the top give it away. The next time you reach for a beer can and you find it is full of liquid, you will definately want one of those.
